In your initial 1:1 intake call, you will get a personalized protocol that includes lifestyle, supplements, and nutrition recommendations to get you started. You’ll take your personal program into 5 weekly coaching calls that offer a step-by-step plan to balance your hormones. Lean on your community for support between calls.

Hi, I’m Laura!
MEET THE FOUNDER
I’m a Registered HolisticNutritionist, a wife, and a mom.
I was a chronic dieter for most of my life, bouncing from one get-thin-quick strategy to the next, never getting lasting results. I felt crappy all the time.
Then in 2016, I left my career unexpectedly to care for my father at the end of his life. Burnout doesn’t even begin to describe what I was going through. I was not okay. I just wanted to get a handle on my health so I could feel like myself again. I started exploring ways to make myself feel better without adding more to my burdensome workload. I knew I had to eat, so I used nutrition as my jumping-off point for better health.

Fast forward to today. I am a trained hormone nutritionist and I get to spend my days helping busy women like you ditch the feast-or-famine cycle, get your hormones under control, and enjoy a life full of delicious, supportive food.
