MEET THE FOUNDER
Hi, I’m Laura!
I’m a Registered HolisticNutritionist, a wife, and a mom.
I was a chronic dieter for most of my life, bouncing from one get-thin-quick strategy to the next, never getting lasting results. I felt crappy all the time.
Then in my 40's, I left my career unexpectedly to care for my parents during their final chapter. Burnout doesn’t even begin to describe what I was going through. I was not okay. And as if that wasn't challenging enough, perimenopause added another layer of complexity, affecting my weight, energy levels, and hormonal balance.

I just wanted to get a handle on my health so I could feel like myself again. I started exploring ways to make myself feel better without adding more to my burdensome workload.
​
That's when I really leaned into nutrition. Going through all those ups and downs of hormonal shifts myself, I recognize the struggles with weight management, low energy, and the desire for a balanced lifestyle.

Fast forward to today. I am a trained nutritionist and I get to spend my days helping busy women like you navigate perimenopause, regain control of your hormones and embrace a balanced, nourishing approach to food. I'm here to help you go from being confused to confident about your food choices and find a balanced and realistic approach to reaching your goals.

I've been there myself.
I once believed that needing multiple cups of coffee just to function was my new normal. I blamed myself for the bloating, the sugar cravings, and the overall feeling of fatigue that seemed to overshadow my days.
I found myself trapped in a relentless cycle: one moment, I'd be strict with my diet, and the next, I'd give in to every craving.
I was constantly trying to get healthy and always ended up exactly where I started. I really thought, “This is just what it feels like to be a working mom. This is what it feels like to not be 25 anymore.”

The good news is there is another way! There's a pathway to reclaiming your vitality during perimenopause. You can find balance with food, hit your happy weight (and maintain it) and have endless energy without giving up all the foods you love.
