Hi, I’m Laura!
MEET THE FOUNDER
I’m a Registered HolisticNutritionist, a wife, and a mom.
I was a chronic dieter for most of my life, bouncing from one get-thin-quick strategy to the next, never getting lasting results. I felt crappy all the time.
Then in 2016, I left my career unexpectedly to care for my father at the end of his life. Burnout doesn’t even begin to describe what I was going through. I was not okay. I just wanted to get a handle on my health so I could feel like myself again. I started exploring ways to make myself feel better without adding more to my burdensome workload. I knew I had to eat, so I used nutrition as my jumping-off point for better health.

Fast forward to today. I am a trained nutritionist and I get to spend my days helping busy women like you ditch the feast-or-famine cycle, get your hormones under control, and help you go from confused to confident about your food choices. I'm here to help you find a balanced and realistic approach to reaching your goals.

I've been there myself.
I figured everyone needed 4 cups of coffee to get through the day. I blamed myself for the bloating, heaviness, and sugar cravings that were a staple of my days. The food guilt, all-or-nothing approaches and obsession with the scale were all things I thought were normal.
I really thought, “This is just what it feels like to be a working mom. This is what it feels like to not be 25 anymore.”
I was constantly trying to get healthy and always ended up exactly where I started.
